Abolengo is our tasting menu: what we were given at home, cooked with what we learned outside it, with the produce of Murcia out in front. It changes with the season, so the menu served is the one running on the date of the booking.

How it works

• One card is issued per diner.
• Once the order is complete, the card arrives digitally at the email address given in the order.
• To use it, whoever receives it calls 868 974 600 and books the date.
• It is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
• The option without the pairing does not include drinks.
